Resolved: The problem has been resolved.

Identified: We are continuing to work with our service provider on resolving the issue.

Identified: We have identified the issue and are working with our email relay provider to resolve.

Investigating: We are currently investigating an issue which seems to be preventing domain validation emails being sent from Atlas - we are seeing a number of errors in our logs relating to email submission.

Resolved: There have been no further errors since the fix was implemented so we are marking this issue as resolved.

Monitoring: We have implemented a fix and are no longer seeing the errors. We are monitoring to ensure everything is stable.

Investigating: We are currently investigating an issue affecting domain claims in Atlas. Primarily this affects customers calling ACME to renew domain claims, however we have seen errors relating to direct calls to the API. Our team are working on a resolution.
