As a work around for this issue you can use the web application or follow the instructions below to uncheck Teams and assign the work from there.
- Open the Work Order, then tap to open the "Labor Assignment" page.
- Tap "Teams Assignable", then tap the "checkmark next to the currently assigned team" to remove it.
- Tap "Staff Assignable", then search for the technician who needs to be assigned.
- Tap the "technician’s name" — a checkmark will appear to confirm selection.
- Tap “I’m Done” to save the assignment.
