Bazaarvoice has identified an issue impacting Portal Reports. Ad-hoc reports are not impacted, but any recurring reports using the templates below run from Jan. 31 4am CST until Feb. 4 12.30pm CST will have either arrived blank or been delayed. Recurring reports after the end time are not impacted, as the root cause was addressed. Bazaarvoice is currently reviewing potential remediation actions for the impacted reports. Clients can manually run reports in the meantime if data is needed sooner.

Users that are already logged in may be able to access the portal until the session expires. Users that are currently trying to log into the portal won't be able to do so. We anticipate that Portal > Manage Content will have a temporary data recency issue but no data loss is expected. Delivery of bulk feeds (Standard Client Feed, Ratings Feed, Displayable Content Export) will likely be delayed.
