Bazaarvoice has detected an issue affecting the delivery of automated feed files for clients in the US region, including DCE, Rating, Standard Client, and Partner Export feeds. While all client data remains secure and fully intact, feed deliveries are currently running with a delay of approximately five hours. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the bottleneck.
