Identified: Bazaarvoice is currently experiencing a degradation of service affecting Conversations display (Rating Summary, Review Display, etc.) and the Conversations API service. Clients using BV-hosted display may see slow load times or failure to load. Clients using the API may experience timeouts and errors.
Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause of the issue and is working to resolve it. Infrastructure is also being refreshed and scaled up to compensate in the meantime.
