Active Incidents
The IRS is currently experiencing a system issue affecting delivery of Wage and Income transcripts when a Form 1099‑DA is included. As a result, we are unable to fulfill some 1099 related requests at this time. The IRS has not provided an estimated resolution date.
To avoid further delays, orders are being completed based on the information currently available from the IRS. Should you require the 1099 after the issue is resolved, a new order will need to be submitted.
