We are currently investigating an issue where Acquia Source customers are unable to replace existing images on existing pages. This was introduced in version 2.19.0 as part of a canvas update. There are two related issues:
- Unable to Edit or Remove Images from Existing Components: Users may encounter the error: "Can only set values on the active version" (API Error).
- Image Properties Conflict in Components: In components with two image properties, uploading an image to one field may automatically remove the image in the other field.
We are working to resolve this issue and have a temporary workaround in place as followed:
- Re-add the same image component to the page.
- Copy your content to the new component.
- Delete the old component and save the page.
We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
We are currently investigating an interruption of service impacting access to the Acquia Cloud UI Application for a subset of customers. Initial investigation indicates that users who have the IP address allowlisting feature enabled on their account are unable to access their applications and may be encountering error messages. Our Team has detected the issue and are working towards identifying the root cause and restore full functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as the situation develops.
Acquia is currently investigating an issue with the Acquia Cloud Professional service. While we are investigating this issue, we are temporarily disabling new sales and server configuration services. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
