Investigating: We became aware of an issue where automation workflows are not triggering starting around 1/21/2026 at 9:40am PT. We are currently investigating and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Resolved: The issue with 500 errors for some users accessing the 'candidates' tab has been resolved. The incident occurred from 8 am Pacific time until 9 am Pacific time. No further action will be required from impacted users to have restored functionality. Investigating: We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting the candidate pipeline tab in Lever. Issues impacting access to the hire.lever.co/candidates were noticed around 8 am Pacific time. Users may intermittently experience 500 errors when navigating to the candidate pipeline page. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
