Recently Resolved Incidents
FTP connections to Linux web sites are filaing with errors such as "501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments." This affects Cluster and Legacy Linux websites. It does not affect Windows websites. SSH connections - including SFTP - are also unaffected.
Websites themselves are still functioning.
We are working to fix this as soon as possible.

Dyn customers using services with Phone Support can locate the updated phone numbers by logging into their account portal at https://account.dyn.com and then navigating to Support --> Contact Support.
Customers without Phone Support or with questions are encouraged to contact your Dyn Support team via your account portal or by emailing support@dyn.com.
