We are running a mandatory maintenance activity across a few of our customers’ servers regarding infrastructure stability upgrades. This will require us to restart the servers which will introduce a brief service interruption. We are expecting the Cloudways Platform to remain fully operational during this activity. We are currently receiving multiple reports from customers who are unable to add mailboxes or log in to their Rackspace mailboxes.
The issue has already been identified by the Rackspace team, and they are actively working toward a resolution. We will update our status page with further information as soon as we receive additional updates from Rackspace.
