Our engineering team is actively diagnosing the root cause to restore full stability as quickly as possible. Please note that this does not affect your hosted applications or live websites, which remain fully online and operational.

This will require us to restart the servers which will introduce a brief service interruption. We are expecting the Cloudways Platform to remain fully operational during this activity. Since backups are hosted in the same region, recovery is dependent on AWS restoring local power and connectivity.
