Identified: We are experiencing issues when adding or deleting Rackspace mailboxes, or updating mailbox passwords, through our Platform. This is resulting in errors for affected users.

Identified: We are running a mandatory maintenance activity across a few of our customers’ servers regarding infrastructure stability upgrades. Identified: AWS is currently experiencing a power outage affecting two of its three data centers in Bahrain. The remaining center is currently over capacity, leading to widespread service failures. Since backups are hosted in the same region, recovery is dependent on AWS restoring local power and connectivity.
