Monitoring: We’ve resolved the issue affecting a limited number of agents stuck in "no-mic", "no answer", or unable to make or receive calls when using certain browsers. The issue originated from a recent Chromium update and impacted multiple platforms, including ours.

A new version of Google Chrome was released today and includes a fix. We recommend that affected users update to the most recent version and log back in to Storable CRM. Investigating: We’re currently investigating an issue that is affecting a limited number of agents who may be getting stuck in "no-mic" when using certain browsers. This does not impact all users, but if you are experiencing this issue, switching to the Opera browser has proven to be an effective temporary workaround.
