Assurance Reimbursement Management experienced an issue with intermittent performance.
This may have resulted in:
• Inability to Log in to Assurance • Error: Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access changehealthcare.com • Unexpected error when authenticating with identity provider • Slow, Failed, Queued Release jobs
This issue has been resolved, however you may see Failed Release jobs. Optum is working to resolve all impacted Release jobs for hosted clients. Turnkey clients will need to review their Job Queue for any failed Release jobs. If assistance is needed, please reach out to Support.
