Issue: Missing messages from TDC/Nuuday subscribers sent to the following shortcodes: 1208, 1210, 1218, 1220, 1224, 1225, 1230, 1232, 1266,1272, 1277, 1299, 1400, 1407, 1411, 1414, 1422, 1424, 1440, 1444, 1900, 1902, 1910, 1911, 1912, 1919, 1929, 1944, 1961, 1980.
TDC and Nuuday engineers are investigating the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will provide more information when available.
SMS
We are experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to to Halotel Network in Tanzania. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
Conversations
