Between about 02:00 and 08:25 UTC (10:00 to 16:25 China time) on 9 October, some users accessing QRM through app.inspectorio-platform.com, mainly in China, saw pages that kept loading, slow logins, and mobile inspections that couldn't move to the next step. Since our routing change at 08:25 UTC, QRM web and mobile have been loading normally. If QRM still keeps loading for you, please close and reopen your browser or app and log in again, and contact [email protected] if it continues. We're sorry for the disruption.

Monitoring: QRM web and mobile have been loading normally since we made a routing change at around 08:25 UTC (16:25 China time) on 9 October. This issue mainly affected users in China accessing QRM through app.inspectorio-platform.com. We're working with our network provider to confirm the root cause.
