Identified: We continue to experience an outage affecting our Inbox Tracker and Competitive Tracker applications on the Salesforce AppExchange. This issue is the result of an unexpected change in the connected Salesforce instance hosting the application package, which has caused the apps to stop functioning as expected.

We are actively working with Salesforce support to understand the root cause and identify potential recovery or rebuild paths. Unfortunately, early indications suggest that restoration of the previous app package may not be possible. As a result, resolution may require re-publishing new versions, which could take additional time.

At this stage:

• Data security and customer information remain unaffected.
• The issue is limited to app availability and connectivity.
• We will continue to provide updates as we learn more from Salesforce.
