Onze technische afdeling heeft de oorzaak van het probleem inmiddels gevonden. Medewerkers kunnen momenteel problemen ervaren bij het inloggen doordat dezelfde gebruikersnaam ook gekoppeld is aan andere profielen binnen het systeem, bijvoorbeeld aan een inactief profiel.
Onze technische afdeling werkt momenteel aan een structurele oplossing voor dit probleem. Zodra dit is verholpen, zullen wij u hier uiteraard direct van op de hoogte stellen.
Als tijdelijke workaround kunt u het volgende doen:
- Ga naar de betreffende medewerker in het systeem
- Controleer de gebruikersnaam
- Verifieer of deze niet ook wordt gebruikt bij een andere (bijvoorbeeld inactieve) medewerker
- Pas indien nodig de gebruikersnaam aan, zodat deze uniek is
Wij begrijpen dat dit ongemak veroorzaakt en doen ons best om dit zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
Login issues for some users
Our technical team has identified the root cause of the issue. Employees may currently experience problems logging in because the same username is also linked to other profiles within the system, for example an inactive profile.
Our technical team is currently working on a structural solution to resolve this issue. As soon as this has been fixed, we will of course inform you immediately.
As a temporary workaround, you can do the following:
- Go to the employee in the system
- Check the username
- Verify that it is not also being used by another (for example inactive) employee
- If necessary, adjust the username so that it is unique
We understand this may cause inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
