We experienced a service disruption affecting the Databox app. During this incident, the application was unavailable, resulting in an outage across all services.
The Databox app was inaccessible during the following periods: Friday, 00:37–01:12 CET (Thursday, 6:37–7:12 PM EST) Friday, 04:35–04:50 CET (Thursday, 10:35–10:50 PM EST)
All users attempting to access the Databox app during these periods were impacted. As a result, regular data syncing may have been delayed, the first scheduled sync of the day may have been missed, and some notifications may have been delayed or not delivered.
All services have since been restored and are operating normally.
