Honkai: Star Rail has an issue with the v2.3 update and is under maintenance on GeForce NOW. The maintenance is expected to take a long time and during the maintenance period, the game will not be playable on GeForce NOW.

We are aware of problems when using HDR on GeForce NOW which is causing the game colors to turn gray, washed out or over exposed in games like Call of Duty, Throne & Liberty, and Planet Coaster 2. In addition, we have seen crashes in Call of Duty with HDR on. For now, we recommend disabling HDR.

Update: GeForce NOW is currently experiencing a global outage for linking their Xbox accounts with GFN. We are still working on a fix to bring back the service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

We are experiencing a delay in applying the latest patch for Call of Duty HQ on Steam and Battle.net. We are working on making the game available again as soon as possible.

We are looking into problems where users are reporting that when logging into Steam blocked the sign on GeForce NOW. For now, we recommend users that are already logged into Steam to not log off.

We are currently investigating an issue with launching EA App games from Steam.

We are currently investigating intermittent crashes when streaming from the latest Chrome and Edge browser versions on Windows devices.

We are aware of Dead by Daylight crashes when players select survivor or killer characters from DLC sets on GeForce NOW. While we are working on a complete fix for the issue, we suggest avoiding selecting DLC characters when playing the game.

We are aware of intermittent crashes when streaming from Chrome and Edge browsers on Windows devices. A fix has been implemented on Chrome browsers with the latest patch (127.0.6533.100). Issues on Edge browsers will be resolved with a patch expected by the end of August.
