We are aware of an issue causing some regions to become inaccessible, displaying the error message: "Teleport Failed. Failed to grant capabilities" when attempting to teleport into them.
As a temporary workaround, restarting the affected region has been found to restore access in most cases.
For Mainland regions, anyone can request a region restart through our virtual assistant, Boxy, available here: https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/home
If you need to restart a Private Region, or if you are unable to complete the request through Boxy, please contact Second Life Support for assistance.

Residents are reporting some regions to be inaccessible, providing the error message "Failed to grant capabilities" when when attempting to teleport in. If you run into this error, it has been found that restarting the region can resolve the issue.
Mainland regions can be restarted by all residents with assistance form our chat bot, Boxy, who you can speak to here (https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/home). However, if you need to restart a Private region or are having issues with Boxy, please contact Support through phone, chat, or ticket and we will assist.
