We are aware of an issue where the Compliance Dashboard Contact column incorrectly shows "No Email Reminders" and "No SMS Reminders" for all patients. Previous email and SMS reminders shown as sent.
The bug is consistently reproducible and appears to be related to the last release . Our team is investigating

We are currently experiencing a partial outage affecting the Vetspire Support AI Bot. Some automated responses and AI-driven workflows are unavailable, resulting in increased demand on our live Support Specialists.
Current Impact:
-AI-driven responses are limited or delayed. -Live chat remains available; however, wait times are currently exceeding one hour. -Some automated troubleshooting and support workflows may not function as expected.
What We're Doing:
-We’re working to restore full AI Bot functionality as quickly as possible. -Our human Support team continues to assist with incoming chats, though responses will be delayed. -We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as we learn more.
