Resolved: The Vendor (Jaggaer) identified a default setting to enable the Dell Punchout.

Monitoring: The Dell punchout in Gateway is working again. We are monitoring for stability.

Investigating: Gateway Dell Punchout is not operational. The technical team is working on the issue and will provide an update shortly.

Resolved: The emergency promotion to address the underlying cause of the performance issue was completed successfully. Following the promotion, Jaggaer technical teams are continuing to closely monitor the JAGGAER Production environment to ensure the application and integrations remain stable and are operating normally.

Monitoring: The Gateway Production environment continues to experience some instability, particularly with integrations. As a result, customers may have experienced integration failures or delays. The vendor (Jaggaer) has identified the cause of the performance issue and will begin an emergency promotion at 1:00 PM PT today to address the underlying problem and improve application stability.

Monitoring: The full application restart has been completed, and the Gateway Production environment is now out of maintenance mode. Our technical teams have identified the cause of the performance issue and are continuing to work toward a full resolution. We are closely monitoring the environment as these efforts continue.

Investigating: Gateway is currently unavailable. We are working to restore access as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Resolved: System data was restored to a stable version and tests were successful. Confirming the system is functioning correctly again.

Monitoring: We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Monitoring: The technical team is still evaluating the root cause of the BARC disruption. A system update was rolled back. System data was restored to a stable version from last Thursday, and preliminary tests conducted late last night were successful. Confirming the system is functioning correctly again. What's next: Now that BARC can continue to process, it will just take time to get caught up and run the quarter fee file. This incident will remain on monitoring status until tomorrow morning and will be updated based on overnight results.

Identified: The BARC system continues to experience service interruptions.
