We are currently experiencing an issue with retrieving and displaying shipping information. This is affecting all physical cards ordered since Thursday 11th July shipped from Spain Hub. The cards have been dispatched and correctly shipped, but card shipping information is not available and cards may be billed with a delay. We are investigating the issue and will update you as soon as possible.

We have an ongoing issue with physical card activation.
If an end-user tries to make a payment with a non-activated card, the activatePhysicalCard will not work if called afterward. Cards can still be activated by the end-user using a PIN payment.
We're analyzing the issue and a fix will be deployed as soon as possible.
When executing this query InternationalCreditTransferQuote for the 'EUR' currency, the output is an error. We are currently investigating the cause of the problem. Since 4 PM on September 11th, we have experienced an issue where debtor/creditor details on incoming international credit transfers cannot be queried from our API. A query on the affected transactions will return an invalid field error. The cause of the issue has been identified and we are working on deploying a fix.
