Resolved: The latency issues affecting our Realtime Satellite AIS  data and dependent services have been fully resolved. Following a period of monitoring, all latencies have returned to nominal levels, and systems are operating normally. We appreciate your patience while our team worked to resolve this.

Monitoring: Latencies are coming back down, monitoring to verify they reach nominal levels.

Investigating: Please be advised that we are currently investigating an issue where our Realtime satellite AIS data is being received with increased latency

Resolved: The Real Time Satellite issue has been fully resolved as of approximately 14:16 UTC. Our Engineering team isolated the issue and implemented a fix. Since the resolution, data flows have been steadily climbing and have now returned to normal, expected levels.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are monitoring the system closely to ensure continued stability.

Monitoring: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating: Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an unplanned service interruption of the Real Time Satellite feed as of approximately 13:30 UTC, June 25, 2026. All other data sources - Terrestrial and Dynamic/Roaming are operating as expected.
