We are currently experiencing issues with Swedbank payments caused by a service disruption in the bank system. Swedbank is investigating the issue and will deploy a fix as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will notify you once the issue is resolved!
Since 14 October 10:34 EET, DPD Latvia’s tracking service has been unavailable. Status updates are delayed for parcels registered through DPD Latvia, typically shipments sent by merchants using a Latvian DPD contract, wherever the parcel is going. Parcels are still being picked up and delivered as normal.
Parcels registered through DPD Estonia and DPD Lithuania are not affected, and creating new DPD shipments works normally in all three countries. We are in contact with DPD and monitoring the situation. We will post an update as soon as we know more.
Monitoring: Since about 12:30 EEST, DPD’s systems in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have been responding slowly or not at all. Because of this, some new DPD shipments could not be registered and are showing as failed. Tracking updates for DPD Latvia parcels are also delayed. Other carriers are not affected.
We are working with DPD and monitoring the situation. Once DPD’s service is stable again, we will re-send the affected shipments.
We will post an update when the service has recovered.
