Monitoring: Upon monitoring site speed after today's system maintenance, we can confirm that site load times have returned to normal. If you're still experiencing any site slowness, please contact our support team within the Community for further assistance. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

Monitoring: As of 2pm ET today, our development team has performed system maintenance to improve site speed. Please log out and back into Magnus to experience an improvement in site load times. We are actively monitoring this issue to ensure that site speed is back at the expected level. We will provide an update once we've confirmed that this issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

Investigating: We are currently investigating an issue impacting some of our customers, causing them to experience site slowness or receive timeout errors when attempting to take action in multiple areas within the Magnus system. We are investigating this issue as a top priority and will provide updates as soon as we are able.

As a workaround until this issue is resolved, if you are experiencing difficulty loading your students' health information please log out of Magnus and log back in. You may see an improvement in speed at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
