    As we communicated by email yesterday, a small number of customers appear to have been targeted in phishing attacks from bad actors attempting to access their accounts. To enhance account security, we are forcing a password reset today. Please refer to your email for instructions and for a link to reset your password.

    We also plan to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) by Friday August 16, 2024. MFA is a multi-step login process that will require you to provide more than just a password to login to your account. Instructions to help you set up MFA will be provided.

    We realize that our temporary system downtime may have disrupted your operations, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with enhanced security measures.
