What is affected?
Inbound Messages: Messages sent from patients are currently not being received by the Artera platform.
Outbound Messages: You may experienc delays in messages being sent out to patients.
The vendor maintenance is expected to occur during the following window:
Start: March 11, 2026, 7:00 AM PST
Estimated Completion: March 11, 2026, 11:00 AM PST
Next Steps Our team is monitoring the vendor’s progress closely. We will provide an update as soon as the maintenance is concluded and normal message flow resumes. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes your staff and patients.
We have identified processing delays within our HL7 Interface component. While the previous messaging incident is being monitored, we are seeing a backlog of data impacting interface updates.

Patient Demographic Updates: Changes made in your EHR may not be immediately reflected in Artera.
Appointment Updates: New, canceled, or modified appointments are currently queuing.
Current Status Our engineering team is currently working to increase processing throughput to clear the backlog. We will provide an update as soon as the queue begins to normalize.
