Infrastructure improvements are being made to our Workspace databases. During this time, clinicians may be unable to complete some workflows: Creating a new Accurx account Resetting your password Joining a new organisation Setting up 2-Factor-Authentification Opening the manage organisation page from your Accurx toolbar Updating your patient triage settings Opting in for Record-view Leaving a workspace Adding new AccuBook users Updating your message signature
We encourage users to complete these admin tasks after the maintenance work has been completed.

During this time, clinicians may be unable to complete some AccuMail workflows: reassigning conversations, marking conversations as done, and creating new conversations with other healthcare organisations about patients. Clinicians will be able to view previous conversations during this time and complete their workflows once the outage is over.

Our production systems are currently offline for temporary unscheduled maintenance. We anticipate bringing systems back online within the next hour.
As we communicated by email yesterday, a small number of customers appear to have been targeted in phishing attacks from bad actors attempting to access their accounts. To enhance account security, we are forcing a password reset today. Please refer to your email for instructions and for a link to reset your password.
We also plan to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) by Friday August 16, 2024. MFA is a multi-step login process that will require you to provide more than just a password to login to your account. Instructions to help you set up MFA will be provided.
