Monitoring: Google has started releasing additional subscription data for June and July.

All Active Subscriptions are now available through July 4, while additional metrics like Activations and Cancellations are currently available through July 2. We'll continue importing new data automatically as Google makes it available.

The current delay is Google's standard 2-5 day delay for releasing data.

Monitoring: There's still no new subscription report data from Google beyond June 14. We're continuing to monitor the delay, and as soon as Google releases the missing reports, we'll automatically import them for everyone.

Identified: Google's subscription reports are currently delayed, with no new data being released after June 14.

We're monitoring the delay and have reached out to Google for more information. As soon as Google releases additional reporting days, we will automatically import the new data.

Monitoring: Google has released download reports through June 28. However, June 26 is also missing, joining the previously missing June 24 report.

Monitoring: Google still hasn't released download reports beyond June 17, so there's no change to report just yet. We're hoping Google resolves the delay soon, and as soon as new reports become available, we'll automatically import them.

Identified: We're still waiting on Google to release updated downloads after the 17th. As soon as additional days are available, we'll import them automatically.

Identified: Download data from Google Play is currently stuck at July 17, though revenue data is still arriving normally and is available through yesterday.

We're checking with Google to see what's causing the delay, but for now we're all waiting on Google to release more recent download data.

Identified: This change will take more time to address than initially expected. We’re working through a plan for a workaround and will implement it once it’s ready. We’ll continue to share updates as things move forward.

Identified: We’ve identified a recent change from Google that is impacting the collection of many Featured routes data starting April 1. We’re working on a workaround to restore the affected features as quickly as possible.

Resolved: Good news! We were able to get this resolved on Thursday of last week, much earlier than expected.

We've been monitoring usage syncs throughout the weekend, and everything has continued to update normally. This incident has now been resolved.

Identified: We've identified the root cause of the usage sync delays affecting a small number of App Store Connect accounts.

We're working on a fix now, though it will take a little time to roll out. We're aiming to have everything resolved next week and will reach out directly to the affected accounts once their usage data is syncing normally again.
