Resolved: We've continued monitoring, and everything has been running smoothly.

Monitoring: The intermittent errors have cleared up, and things are looking much better. We'll continue monitoring for a little while longer to make sure everything remains stable.

Investigating: We're investigating sporadic errors affecting parts of the Appfigures website and API.

Identified: We've identified the root cause of the usage sync delays affecting a small number of App Store Connect accounts.

We're working on a fix now, though it will take a little time to roll out. We're aiming to have everything resolved next week and will reach out directly to the affected accounts once their usage data is syncing normally again.

Monitoring: Usage syncs are back up and running after we implemented a workaround earlier this week. We'll be keeping an eye on things throughout the rest of the day to make sure everything continues updating normally.

Identified: We've located the root cause of the issue and traced it to a recent change from Apple.

We're now working on a workaround and will have usage data caught up as soon as possible. We'll share another update once syncs are back up to date.

Investigating: We're currently investigating delays with usage data syncing from App Store Connect.

Usage data is delayed starting June 15. We're looking into the cause and will share another update once we have more information and syncs are caught up.

Monitoring: Google has now released download reports through June 25. However, June 24 is still missing, even though June 25 data is already available.

We'll continue monitoring the delay, and as soon as Google generates the missing June 24 report, we will automatically import it as usual.

Monitoring: Google still hasn't released download reports beyond June 17, so there's no change to report just yet. We're hoping Google resolves the delay soon, and as soon as new reports become available, we'll automatically import them.

Identified: We're still waiting on Google to release updated downloads after the 17th. As soon as additional days are available, we'll import them automatically.

Identified: Download data from Google Play is currently stuck at July 17, though revenue data is still arriving normally and is available through yesterday.

We're checking with Google to see what's causing the delay, but for now we're all waiting on Google to release more recent download data.

Resolved: We've been monitoring things closely, and all Google accounts are now importing normally again.

Keep in mind that Google has its own issue where downloads are not available after June 17th, and subscriptions are not available after June 14th. Hopefully that's resolved on Google's end soon and we're monitoring it in a separate status page incident.

Investigating: We're looking into an issue that popped up earlier today and is preventing a number of Google accounts from syncing.

We're investigating the root cause now and will post another update as soon as we know more.

Identified: This change will take more time to address than initially expected. We’re working through a plan for a workaround and will implement it once it’s ready. We’ll continue to share updates as things move forward.

Identified: We’ve identified a recent change from Google that is impacting the collection of many Featured routes data starting April 1. We’re working on a workaround to restore the affected features as quickly as possible.

Monitoring: There's still no new subscription report data from Google beyond June 14. We're continuing to monitor the delay, and as soon as Google releases the missing reports, we'll automatically import them for everyone.

Identified: Google's subscription reports are currently delayed, with no new data being released after June 14.

We're monitoring the delay and have reached out to Google for more information. As soon as Google releases additional reporting days, we will automatically import the new data.
