Resolved: This issue has been resolved, and everything is operating normally.

Monitoring: Errors affecting the App Intelligence report have subsided, and we’re now monitoring things.

Investigating: We’re currently investigating errors affecting the App Intelligence report.

The “Find Any App” search and app profile pages are working normally and are not impacted.

Resolved: Usage syncs are now running successfully again and data should be fully up to date.

As mentioned earlier, the opt-in rate metric is still unavailable due to Apple’s changes. We’ll be working on bringing this back with a future update.

Monitoring: We’ve rolled out a workaround for the recent changes from Apple and have kicked off usage syncs to bring data back up to speed.

You should start seeing your data catch up shortly as syncs complete.

One note: Apple’s changes mean the opt-in rate metric isn’t currently available in the same way, so it won’t be reflected for now. We’re working on an additional workaround to restore this metric in the future.

Identified: We’ve identified a recent change from Apple that’s affecting usage syncs starting March 24.

Right now, this means some App Store Connect data is missing for the last couple of days. We’re actively working on a fix so we can get everything flowing normally again.

Monitoring: Between the 23rd and today, Apple App Store ratings have been updating daily on Apple’s end, and new rating counts are reflecting expected day-by-day changes.

We will continue to monitor closely for any new delays or irregularities and will post an update here if anything changes.

Monitoring: We’re monitoring an issue affecting Apple App Store ratings data in recent weeks. On some days, new rating counts do not update (sometimes for multiple days in a row). When Apple resumes publishing updates, the totals we receive may reflect two or three days combined, depending on how long the freeze lasted.

Our systems are operating normally; this appears to be a delay/freezing from Apple's end.

How this will look:

1. Daily new rating counts may appear missing on certain days
2. When updates resume, rating totals may “catch up” and look larger than usual

Monitoring: Download data from Google is now available through March 26, and we’ll keep pulling in new data as it’s released.

Once we hear back from Google about the delay, we'll hopefully have more info on what to expect going forward. We’ll share updates as soon as we know more.

Monitoring: Google has now been releasing download data one day at a time - the latest date with downloads is March 23rd. As a result, the data is a few days behind in Appfigures as well. Updates continue to be up to date.

We’ve reached out to Google about this unusual delay and will share updates as we hear more.

This is stemming from Google’s side, so we’re keeping an eye on it and waiting for the missing days to be released. We’ll update here as soon as things catch up.

Resolved: Steam imports are back up and running. We’ve been monitoring the latest fix over the past 24 hours and everything looks good. If anything still appears behind, feel free to reach out to support for a closer look.
