Investigating: We're currently investigating delays with usage data syncing from App Store Connect.

Usage data is delayed starting June 15. We're looking into the cause and will share another update once we have more information and syncs are caught up.

Identified: Download data from Google Play is currently stuck at July 17, though revenue data is still arriving normally and is available through yesterday.

We're checking with Google to see what's causing the delay, but for now we're all waiting on Google to release more recent download data.

Identified: This change will take more time to address than initially expected. We’re working through a plan for a workaround and will implement it once it’s ready. We’ll continue to share updates as things move forward.

Identified: We’ve identified a recent change from Google that is impacting the collection of many Featured routes data starting April 1. We’re working on a workaround to restore the affected features as quickly as possible.

Resolved: Our update to Google's latest Ads API version is now complete, and Google Ads syncs are back up and running normally.

We've been monitoring the migration for the past 24 hours and everything is looking good.

Identified: We're updating our Google Ads integration to support Google's latest API version.

While we're making the switch, some accounts may see delayed syncs or slower-than-usual updates. We're actively working through the migration and expect everything to be back to normal soon.
