Identified: This change will take more time to address than initially expected. We’re working through a plan for a workaround and will implement it once it’s ready. We’ll continue to share updates as things move forward.

Identified: We’ve identified a recent change from Google that is impacting the collection of many Featured routes data starting April 1. We’re working on a workaround to restore the affected features as quickly as possible.

Resolved: The network issue has been fully resolved, and the Appfigures site and API are back to normal.

Resolved: Good news! After many weeks, Google's subscription reporting is back on track. Active Subscriptions are now available through October 13th, with Activations and Cancellations available through October 11th.

Both are now within Google's normal reporting window, so we're closing out this incident.

Monitoring: Google's subscription reporting has been more consistent over the last few days. Active Subscriptions are now available through October 10th, with Activations and Cancellations available through October 8th.

Google releases subscription data in two parts, with Active Subscriptions typically available about two days ahead of Activations and Cancellations, so this difference is expected.
