Reply to Reviews functionality may stop working if an agreement on the App Store side has expired. Please log in to App Store Connect and accept any pending agreements to restore the functionality.
Follow the instructions below to complete the process.
When a new version of the Paid Apps Agreement is available for you to sign, an alert appears in App Store Connect. You won’t be able to create a new app or In-App Purchase until you’ve agreed to the most recent version of the Paid Apps Agreement.
Select Business at the top of the page.
On the Agreements tab, find the Paid Apps row, then click View and Agree to Terms.
In the dialog, read and accept the terms, then click Submit.
