There has been no significant improvement since our last communication. Services and session processing for apps hosted in the UAE region continue to be unavailable or significantly degraded.

Identified: We are continuing to experience service disruption in the UAE region due to the ongoing outage in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Middle East (UAE) Region (ME-CENTRAL-1).

According to the latest update from AWS, the outage is the result of physical infrastructure damage caused by recent regional events, which has impacted power delivery and core infrastructure within the affected AWS facilities.
