Incident Period: July 10, 2025 - 02:00 CET to 09:30 CET What Happened We experienced degraded performance with our PMS endpoints starting at 02:00 CET this morning. This issue caused some updates from Property Management Systems to our Channel Manager to not process correctly. Availability, rates, and restrictions updates may have been affected during this time.
Resolution The issue has been resolved as of 09:30 CET, and we are actively monitoring system performance to ensure stability.
Possibly affected clients All clients that are connected to a PMS
Required action for affected clients If your Channel Manager is connected to a PMS, we recommend that you execute the following step to ensure your property data is fully synchronized:
- Perform a full synchronization from your PMS* to the Channel Manager
- Verify all changes made in your PMS between 02:00 and 09:30 CET are visible in the Channel Manager after the synchronisation completes
- We are currently executing this synchronization for our clients connected to Reservation Manager. This step can be skipped for them.
