Resolved: The issue has been determined to only affect certain TMC partners. We are continuing to work with affected partners and suppliers to handle failed transactions while we bring the technical issue to a conclusion.

Investigating: We have observed an increased error rate performing Hotel and Car booking, exchange, and cancellation transactions with one of our suppliers. We have reached out to the supplier to investigate further.
