Resolved: We've confirmed rolling back the problematic issue resolved the incident and the billing screen is back to operational.

Monitoring: We have rolled back the problematic issue that was causing the billing screen to not load under certain scenarios. We are now checking with customers if the issue preserves

Identified: We have identified the problematic deploy and started the rollback process, we will be checking shortly to see if the issue is persistent

Resolved: The issue is now fully resolved. Mews customers will have to refresh their application to restore functionality

Identified: Properties may be unable to check in guests due to increased errors during check in process. We have identified the issue and are actively working on a fix.

Investigating: We are currently investigating reports of an issue affecting Mews. The Mews team is actively working to identify the cause, and we will provide updates as soon as possible.

Resolved: Updates were processed. Duration of processing updates is back in normal.

Monitoring: We have deployed a fix. The performance got back in normal. Delayed items for channel manager connections are being processed successfully.
