Resolved: This issue has been resolved

Monitoring: We pushed a fix for this issue in version 3.7.0 of the app. Please upgrade to the latest version (available on both iOS and Android).

We will monitor the situation for a short time and hope to close this issue soon.

Identified: We have resolved this issue in mobile release version 3.7.0. However, we are awaiting broader adoption of the latest version before fully implementing the fix, as it involves a breaking change.

Identified: We have received reports that 2fa authentication links are not working for Users with Gmail email clients as gmail is stripping the mews:// protocol from the link.

We are working on a fix and will update shortly. 2FA using authentication app is unaffected.

Don't share the link with anyone under any circumstances as it will lead to unauthorised access to your account. Our support teams will never ask for the link.

Resolved: This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring: Connectivity from all locations to MEWs services is stable over the last 30 min.

Monitoring: We've spotted that something has gone wrong. We're currently investigating the issue, and will provide an update soon.

Identified: There are intermittent issues with connectivity to MEWs services related to Network issues reported by CloudFlare (our CDN provider). They are reported that issue is already fixed on their side. We are closely monitoring the situation.

Resolved: We don't observe any further timeouts on the affected endpoint.

Monitoring: We have rolled out an optimization on the endpoint which improves the performance. We are monitoring the endpoint for further timeouts.

Investigating: We are investigating increased timeouts on sourceAssigments/getAll endpoint affecting certain enterprises.
