We are investigating an issue that is preventing batch prints from completing. Currently if you select to run a batch print, only a small number of orders will print and no tickets will be marked as printed.
We are working through potential resolutions for this and will update shortly. If you need to print tickets urgently you can still do so on an order-by-order basis. Please do contact us if you need any assistance with this.
