We are aware that Spektrix Subsite clients that sell Fixed Series subscriptions experienced problems where their customers were unable to add and process their card details during checkout. We received a report of this problem around 3:15 PM EST / 17:15 GMT. This problem did not affect clients that are not using Spektrix Subsites for online Fixed Series sales.
We have since resolved this problem as of 5:25 PM EST / 22:25 GMT, and all Fixed Series sales are able to process as expected online. We will continue to monitor this situation to ensure that online sales across all clients continues to work as expected.
We're aware that some users are experiencing system slowness and error pages - either a green Spektrix error screen or a more generic error page. We are continuing to work on resolving this, and believe that after taking further steps to resolve this slowness it will have a significant positive impact on previous issues we have had. We will continue to update as we work through this issue now.

We are aware that for some users there has been some intermittent system slowness and some of you have also experienced error pages when clicking within the system.
We identified this issue at around 16:15 GMT / 12:15 EST and were able to take immediate steps to resolve this. This resulted in improvements but there have been further issues since this time that have caused further error pages to occur.
We are going through the resolution steps to fix this now and will update further as we progress through this work.
