Resolved: Thank you for your patience earlier today whilst we worked to resolved the errors and slowness some of you were experiencing. We've seen no further errors since 11:09am GMT / 06:09am ET so we're marking this incident as resolved. Identified: We've identified a reason for system slowness and errors on clicks that you may be experiencing. We're actively working on a fix for this, and we'll update you as soon as we have more information.

Resolved: We have been monitoring Spektrix systems and Microsoft Azure through the evening and continue to see improvements across Spektrix Link, web components, and online Spektrix Payments processing.

We will be marking this as resolved and will continue to monitor systems over the coming days.

Monitoring: After today's global Microsoft Azure outage, we are seeing initial signs of recovery for affected system elements, including Spektrix Link (Subsites and Digital Tickets), Web Components, and online payments through Spektrix Payments.

You may begin to see Spektrix Payments and web components working as expected, as well as being able to log into your Spektrix Link portal. In-person payments through card terminals and the Sales interface are still working as expected.

We will continue to monitor the status of Microsoft Azure and our systems, with updates to this page as we have them.

Identified: A global Microsoft Azure outage is impacting system elements including online payments through Spektrix Payments, Spektrix Link (including Subsites and Digital Tickets), and Web Components.

Spektrix Link (including Subsites and Digital Tickets) remain unavailable both to you and your customers. Our Web Components are also affected by this outage, meaning that Web Components may not work as expected on your website. We're also aware that iframes on your website may resize incorrectly.
