Monitoring: Effective Monday, June 30th, DHL Express has restored all services in Canada to normal operations.

Monitoring: DHL Express shipping operations in Canada will be suspended effective Friday, June 20, 2025, at 12 a.m. E.T.

As a result, DHL Express will suspend the collection of shipments destined to or dispatched from Canada as of Tuesday, June 17 at 9 p.m. E.T. until further notice.

Monitoring: DHL Express is fully prepared and has contingency plans in place during labor disruptions to continue servicing its customers. Effective June 8, 2025, you may continue printing shipping labels destined for Canada through DHL Express from ShipWorks.

Monitoring: CUPW-represented employees to vote on Canada Post’s final offers between July 21 and August 1. Canada Post will keep customers informed about the results of the vote and remains committed to delivering reliable service as the trusted delivery partner.

Effective Sunday, May 18, 2025, UPS will implement a Surge Fee for Air and Ground for UPS shipments as follows: UPS Standard® to Canada: $0.49 USD /pkg, All Other Services to Canada: $0.49 USD/per pound.
