Investigating: We have just received the following message from ITZ Bund: The specialist colleagues are working on the issue.

Investigating: If necessary, the emergency procedure may be used for dispatch declarations. ITZ Bund have provided the following master ticket number: INC000007113162

Investigating: We are currently experiencing issues with observed as incorrect error messages from German customs in ATLAS NCTS. These affect arrival notifications and dispatch declarations. A support ticket has already been opened with the customs service desk, and we are awaiting their response. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
