EN Currently, messages with attachments for DMS declarations (sent via the “Present documents” option) do not seem to be reaching Dutch Customs. We are working closely with Dutch Customs to solve this issue as soon as possible. NL Op dit moment lijken berichten met bijlagen voor DMS-aangiftes (verstuurd via de optie “Opsturen bescheiden”) de Douane niet te bereiken. We werken samen met de Douane om dit probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

Some Scope customers are unable to use Scope because of an unscheduled downtime.

Due to issues with BIT, some customers are affected by PASSAR transmission errors. In these cases, each affected customer needs to generate a new PASSAR token and send it to us again. https://service.riege.com/de/knowledge/wie-kann-ich-im-eportal-einen-token-aktualisieren
When a DMS Control message is received without code 10 (document control), the “Present Documents” option in the DMS declaration is not activated. Previously, a DMS Control message with code 10 was received, but NL Customs is now sending code 40 (physical control without document control). We are currently working on a fix. Workaround: please report the MRN of the DMS declaration to our helpdesk. We will then update the DMS Control message to document control.
