One of our third-party providers, Amazon Web Services (AWS), experienced an outage that affected portions of Routific’s infrastructure. As a result, some users on the old Routific were unable to dispatch routes, and across both the old and new Routific, were unable to send SMS customer notifications during the incident.
AWS has since restored normal operations. Routific services are now stable and functioning as expected. We continue to monitor performance to ensure stable recovery.
