Resolved: SMS delivery for Payment Links is up for all network. This incident is resolved.

Monitoring: SMS delivery is working fine except there is an isolated issue with Vodacom network only. Our provider is still working with their supplier for a fix. In general, Payment links are working fine.

Identified: Our investigation is still ongoing. SMS delivery remains intermittent and the issue is isolated to the Vodacom network. We continue to work with the provider and are actively monitoring the situation.

Identified: We are currently experiencing an issue where SMS messages are intermittently not being sent for Payment Links. Our team is investigating the issue with the provider and working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Resolved: This incident has been resolved.

Investigating: We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Checkout endpoint in the Sandbox environment. Merchants may experience intermittent transaction initiation failures resulting in internal server errors.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and is working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.

This issue is isolated to the Sandbox environment and does not impact the Live/Production environment.
