Mailprotector is seeing an increase in User Sync Errors affecting some Google Workspace customers due to a recent Google update. The error occurs when authenticating with Google. The error may be displayed as "Data too long for column".
Resolution (required for each affected domain):
- Delete the User Source under the User Sync tab in your console
- Add a new User Source and reconnect to Google Workspace
