Although our internet service provider (ISP) previously confirmed that the issue had been resolved, we have received reports that the links have gone down again.

We have been in contact with the ISP and have formally requested an escalation to prioritise the restoration of the affected circuits and bring the links back online as soon as possible.

Impact: Clients may experience connectivity issues, slowness, or degraded service performance.

We will continue to provide updates as we receive further information from the provider.
