Hello, we have recieved a 3rd party vendor (ISP) notification regarding planned/scheduled maintenance on their side that will be taking place this evening (20/02) between the hours of 11PM and 4AM; where some internet circuits might be affected by the change. The supplier is carrying out maintenance during the above time period on their network.
This maintenance work has an anticipated impact time between 11PM and 4AM, affecting the below. MPLS and DIA services terminating and transiting through the Equinix LD8 core routers. VMB National Ethernet Service Services over 6 Degrees NNI TALKTALK Ethernet services BT Wholesale Broadband Services BT Wholesale Ethernet Wireless Logic services
If issues still persist after this window please reboot your network equipment, following this if the service is not restored then contact Eloquent Technologies Support - 0333 2000 991.
We experienced a service disruption affecting all Citrix clients. The issue has now been resolved, and all users are back online.
Our team is actively working with Citrix Cloud to investigate the root cause of the outage and ensure measures are in place to prevent future occurrences.
