Investigating: We’re currently investigating an issue impacting DonorPerfect logins. Some users are seeing a blank screen when attempting to sign in, or are being prevented from logging in altogether. This is our highest priority, and our team is actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Resolved: This incident has been resolved.

Identified: We have identified the cause of the email delivery delays as a widespread outage affecting Microsoft 365 services. As a result, some emails from DonorPerfect, Online Forms, and ReadySetAuction, including MFA emails, password resets, receipts, and other system-generated messages, may be delayed for users with Microsoft email services (such as Outlook, Hotmail, or Exchange). Our systems are operating as expected, and we are actively monitoring the situation. Until Microsoft resolves the outage on their end, delays in email delivery may continue.
