A sudden and unusually high spike in inbound call volume temporarily exceeded available system capacity on a PSTN proxy server, resulting in some inbound calls failing to connect.

The condition has been fully resolved, inbound calling has returned to normal operation, and our systems are currently stable. We are actively monitoring the environment to ensure continued service reliability.
