BluIP is investigating an issue related to a backlog of connections following a previous system incident. This backlog is causing delays in certain services, including maid status updates, guest name updates, and other related functions.

Our Engineering team is actively reviewing the situation in coordination with Jazzware Support to restore normal processing. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
