Please note that effective August 1, 2024, a carrier General Rate Increase (GRI) of 3% will apply to all parcels shipped via the GLS carrier service out of our WaalWijk facility in the Netherlands. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the Shipwire Statuspage that we use in order to inform customers of outages or upcoming maintenance. On August 1, 2024, we will be migrating from Statuspage.io (https://status.shipwire.com/) to our new Staytus page.

Once the migration has finished, we will be sending out a welcome message from the new Status page. There will be no downtime or service interruption of the Shipwire platform as a result of this migration. The URL; https://status.shipwire.com/, will remain the same as well. To ensure you continue to receive important alerts, please check your email filters and make sure they do not prevent emails from Status page from reaching your inbox.

Currently there is an issue with non common special characters when downloading labels for shipments to non-NL countries. In case you'll receive an error, please replace those special characters with 'regular' characters.

We have been facing issues while getting the tracking updates for the carrier Royal Mail, affecting only a few tracking numbers.

Our team is in touch with the carrier to fix it on priority. We will keep you informed of any progress.
