Our teams are continuing to investigate and resolve infrastructure issues resulting in sporadic email notification failures. In addition, we are working on a fix for administrators receiving user's notification emails, and expect this fix to be included in an upcoming maintenance release.

Recently Resolved Incidents
Our engineers began investigating an issue where few users are unable to access Learn application. This is impacting APAC region(South east). The site does not load, and users can experience errors. We will provide update as soon as more information becomes available
We have become aware of an issue of CDM_LMS refresh for all clients on multi-tenant CDM_LMS, to the effect that the data has not been refreshed since March 18th. This affects all clients in Canada, Singapore and Sydney AWS regions, and some clients in US and EU regions who have already moved to multi-tenant CDM_LMS (e.g. all those with Anthology Reach). A client unsure about their single/multi-tenant status can check this by seeing if the contents of CDM_LMS is tables (Single Tenant and unaffected) or views (Multi-tenant and affected). This issue is impacting CDM_MAP and BBD_ANALYTICS too.
We have become aware of an outage of CDM_LMS refresh for most clients on single-tenant CDM_LMS, to the effect that data from Blackboard has not been refreshed since March 21st. This affects most clients in US and EU AWS regions, and is unrelated to the multi-tenant outage affecting clients in other regions. Note that other data models such as CDM_TLM and CDM_SIS are unaffected, but all downstream functions reading from CDM_LMS including Illuminate Reporting will not be up-to-date until this issue is resolved. Data up to March 21st is still available for affected clients. The team is working on a fix and we will keep this thread (as well as status.blackboard.com) updated with progress.
We are aware of an intermittent issue with Document Rendering and we are investigating. The Bb Annotate upgrade scheduled for 1PM EST today will continue to be paused until we have determined the cause of this issue.
