Active Incidents
We are experiencing a spike in activity which has caused intermittent delays in the processing of content added to the LMS for institutions in the US and Europe. Real time processing delays of approximately 1 hour for new content items may be seen during this time.
Note that all other Ally features (alternative formats, instructor feedback and institutional report) for previously processed content items should still be working as expected.
Recently Resolved Incidents
Blackboard LMS integrations in EU, Asia (Singapore) and Canada are not generating Ally scores for new content due to an issue with Blackboard being unable to send events to Ally. This is now under investigation by the product development teams.
We are currently experiencing issues with the data pipeline in the Asia-Pacific (Sydney) region, which is preventing data from being refreshed. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore full functionality.
