Parchment will be closed on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Due to processing issues on the SPEEDE server transcripts and acknowledgements may be delayed. We're coordinating with the National Student Clearinghouse team to resolve the delay in their processing as quickly as possible.

We are investigating an issue where traffic requests starting at either parchment.com or needmytranscript.com (without www.) is inconsistently redirecting. Traffic to www.parchment.com should continue to function as expected. We will post more info as it becomes available.
Please be aware that Canadian mail and parcel processing and delivery will not occur for the entire duration of the Canadian national strike, and some Canadian post offices will be closed.
