Identified: Technicians are now confirmed onsite and have begun repairs to impacted services

Identified: The issue has been identified as a fibre break, located at Bass Hwy, Grantville. Technicians and traffic management attending, ETA 10pm

Investigating: Onsite technicians are continuing to work on the incident; updates and ETA will be provided as soon as available.

Investigating: Telstra have advised that their Field Technicians have arrived at affected site, and are continuing to troubleshoot the issue. Further updates should be provided within the hour.
