Resolved: Block production on Citrea Mainnet has resumed and the network is operating normally. Transactions are being processed as expected.

The root cause was a scheduled infrastructure scaling maintenance performed by the Citrea team from 17:00 to 17:31 UTC, which caused a brief sequencer interruption and halted block production - see all details in Citrea status page here: https://status.citrea.xyz/cmpji6ntw0ariqkpno7u1edxt

Resolved: Our system finished backfilling all events around May 21 14:40 UTC. Service has since returned to normal.

Investigating: Between 05:00 - 07:00 UTC on May 21, 2026, Alchemy's Base Mainnet webhook delivery experienced delays. Customers may have received delayed webhook notifications during this time.

Resolved: The Arbitrum Mainnet degraded performance issue has been resolved!

Monitoring: Arbitrum Mainnet nodes have stabilized. This was a network-wide issue affecting multiple providers, caused by instability with the Arbitrum relayer.

The Arbitrum team has addressed the issue on their end.

We are continuing to monitor but performance has returned to normal!

Investigating: We are investigating an elevated rate of 503 and API errors affecting Arbitrum Mainnet.

This is a network wide incident and we're working closely with Arbitrum team to restore full service.

Investigating: We are investigating an issue for safe and finalized tags on Ink Sepolia, which returning stalled block heads. The "finalized" block is currently stalled at block 50232683. This appears to be a network-wide issue affecting other providers, not isolated to Alchemy. We are monitoring for updates from the Ink team and will provide further information as it becomes available.

This appears to be a network-wide issue. Alchemy's infrastructure is operating normally and we do not currently anticipate customer-facing impact.
