Some AlertSite customers may notice delays in data displaying on the AlertSite dashboard, resulting in monitors appearing grayed out. This issue is due to synchronization problem with data from Private Nodes, which the Ops team is actively working to resolve.
Please rest assured that monitoring and alerting functionalities remain unaffected.
