The following issues have been identified and are currently being investigated by our development team.
- Direct Link URLs are directed to a "We're sorry to interrupt your work. Something went wrong..." error.
- Delays in the Proctoring Process whereby users who complete the ECDIS type-specific training courses may encounter delays in receiving certificates.
Users may still log in to complete courses via their account. This does not prevent users from completing courses using this method.
We are currently aware of an outage with Trainingportal. Users may experience 502 Bad Gateway/504 Gateway Time-Out Error. Our development team have been made aware of this and are currently investigating this issue.

Our teams are continuing to investigate and resolve infrastructure issues resulting in sporadic email notification failures. In addition, we are working on a fix for administrators receiving user's notification emails, and expect this fix to be included in an upcoming maintenance release.
