Investigating: Some users who have withdrawn an Instant Payout today may see Instant Payouts temporarily disabled. Standard Payouts are unaffected by this issue.

Resolved: We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing issues with sending and downloading Job Forms on Jobber Mobile App iOS. To resume functionality, please update the Jobber App to version 6.46.1.

Identified: Our team has identified the cause of the issue preventing some users from sending and downloading Job Forms on Jobber Mobile App iOS. We are working on a fix and will advise when it has been implemented.

For now affected users should continue to send and download Job Forms via Jobber Online as a workaround.

This may affect iOS users with limited permissions from sending or downloading Job Forms in Jobber Mobile App. As a workaround, we recommend using Jobber Online to send or download Job Forms.
