Investigating: We received a notification from the third-party vendor regarding an intermittent outage, which resulted in disruptions impacting the processing of secondary ID documents in Australia.

Investigating: Vendor is experiencing an elevated level of API errors while verifying NZ Driver's License and Passport and are currently looking into the issue.

Resolved: As of now, we are marking the above incident as resolved. All affected services have returned to normal, and we have observed continued stability. We will continue to monitor to ensure no further impact. Thank you for your patience.

Monitoring: As of 2:15 PM AEST, we are observing signs of stability in the Business Look Up service, and downstream impacts to Credit Reports appear to be resolving as well.

We will continue to monitor the services closely to ensure full recovery and will provide another update shortly.

Investigating: We are currently experiencing a complete outage with the Business Look Up service starting from 01:09 PM AEST. This outage is also impacting Credit Reports, as they rely on data from the Business Look Up service.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and is working with the upstream provider to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
